As seen in the picture, this is what I had for lunch today. It was a salad that I created spontaneously. It contains Kale, Spinach, Feta Cheese, Yellow Bell Peppers, Cucumbers, Strawberries, Almonds, homemade garlic sea salt Croutons, a sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese, a sprinkle of Cajun Seasoning, and some Ranch Dressing. (And I bought all of this from Kroger for less than $15 and I will be able to make at least 5 more salads like this for that price. In the salad there is more Kale, Spinach, Bell Peppers, and Strawberries than anything. If you are not familiar with the health benefits of these simple fresh foods, then please do a quick Google to unearth the info for yourself.)  I WOULD LIKE TO UNPRETENTIOUSLY ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO EAT HEALTHY, be health-conscious, educate yourself on the human body and nutrition, educate yourself on where your food comes from, and last but not least, take care of themselves in a #positive, #productive, & #proactive way.
